Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
We offer a generous 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We are a small business, and while we are unable to offer 100% free returns, we are able to offer a hassle free and easy return experience that we hope you will find convenient and fair.
Returns are very costly to small businesses, and anything our customers can do to help minimize them is greatly appreciated! Please refer to our Easy Size Charts and Easy Measuring Instructions found on each product page before ordering to make returns for size less likely. Also, inspecting your order upon receipt rather than waiting to the end of the 14 day return period is appreciated. Lastly we ship via the United States Postal Service. PLEASE provide a shipping address that accepts USPS deliveries.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unlaundered, with tags or stickers, and in its original packaging. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products must be returned within five (5) business days of receiving the prepaid return label. You will be notified by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less a nominal flat fee for shipping (see chart below). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
There is a flat fee for each returned package containing one item, plus a smaller fee for each additional item in that package. If your returned package contains more than one item, the item with the highest First Item fee determines the flat fee that will be used to calculate your total return fees.

For example, if you return a hoodie and a t-shirt, $5.99 would be used as the flat fee, and .99 would be used as the additional item fee. The total amount deducted from your refund would be $6.98. If you were to return just a t-shirt, $3.99 would be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Any item marked Final Sale is not returnable or refundable. Stickers and decals are not returnable.
Products must be returned using the prepaid postage provided when the return is initiated. Do not purchase your own postage for a return. All returns must be initiated by first contacting customerservice@nofogear.com or by using the Contact Us page. Provide your order number, and the reason for the return in your email. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Again, do not purchase your own postage - you will not be refunded for postage purchased, and if we are unable to identify what order a returned package belongs to, a refund will not be approved.
If approved to return a sale item or BOGO50 item, you will be refunded for the discounted item (not the full price item) less the flat rate shipping fee as shown in the chart above. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
